As you are
aware we are constantly losing our muscle strength as we age.
Resistance
exercise is the best solution for strengthening our muscles.
We offer a 20-minute
workout routine that strengthens all major muscle groups. Two workout sessions
are suggested each week, with at least one day rest between sessions.
Computerized variable resistance exercise machine allows clients to
participate in a quick and safe exercise session to maximize muscle building.
Each session
consists of 8 basic exercises with exertion force feedback, to show progress of
effort.
Each
exercise has a starting point and a bar reversing point. Two repetitions for
each exercise. Slow bar movement enhances muscle and assures safe movement. Bar
moves only when pressure is applied.
